Corner cafe famous for bitoque. We decided to give it a try ...and were not disappointed. Not the kind of food we would usually eat, but since is a local specialty it was time for us to check it out. Pork loin topped with an egg covered with sauce with side of fresh fries. The sauce tasted a bit like hollandaise, but wit a much lighter consistency and more flavors. The fries.. were the perfect soakers of that flavor.

The best baitoque ever
The best bitoque in town! In a simple decorated space, where simplicity and friendliness prevail. The king of the house is the bitoque, whether beef, pork or poultry, it is simply divine. The sauce is tempting. A gastronomic experience not to be missed. In the end, there's nothing like trying one of the homemade desserts and drinking a coffee. They only serve lunch.
